The UK's fastest growing neurodivergent
friendly decluttering conference!
A day of connection, compassion and inspiration.
Saturday 10th October 2026
Radisson Blu Hotel, Pinstone Street, Sheffield, S1 2HN
Doors open 9am · Starts 9.30am · Ends 5pm

Places are strictly limited to 80 delegates. This is a small, intentional event.
When they are gone, they are gone.

Most people who find their way to DeclutterCon have spent years thinking they are the problem.
That their home is a reflection of their worth. That everyone else manages to keep on top of it and they just cannot seem to get there, and that they're failing in some way.

This day is for the people who are exhausted by that story. A room where the shame stays at the door, the judgement does not exist, and you are surrounded by people who finally, genuinely understand what it is like to live in your head and in your home. Those that understand the floordrobe, the clothes on 'the chair', the piles of papers, the junk drawers, the rooms and cupboards of doom, and the every day stress living in clutter and chaos brings.
Expect inspirational and practical talks that will leave you feeling lighter than you have in a long time. Real ideas you can take home. A community you did not know you needed.
Brought to you by Untangled by Tingle and the globally top-rated Decluttering Untangled podcast.

Not as an afterthought. The event takes place in one large space, thoughtfully divided into zones so you can move between them freely throughout the day and find the level of input that works for you right now. We won't get everything right, but we are trying to make DeclutterCon the type of event that minimises anxiety where possible and aims to have decompression time and recovery post event to a minimum by design. This is how we hope to give you a better experience:

Untangler Helpers:
Our volunteers will be wearing red t-shirts all day and are there purely to support you. You do not need a reason to approach them.
-
Feeling anxious? Find a red t-shirt.
-
Not sure where something is? Ask a red t-shirt.
-
Want a proper chat? Head to a Buddy Table or find a red t-shirt.
-
Need a hug? We'll provide it with consent.
-
Need a moment to regroup? A red t-shirt can help you find the right spot.

Zones within the space:

The quieter zone
A calmer section of the room (not silent, but quieter than the speaker area). Noise-cancelling headphones and weighted blankets available. Come and go whenever you need to.

Overflow seating
Rather than sitting in the main speaker area, settle at a table and watch the session on a monitor. Someone will be running gentle mindfulness activities here throughout the day if you want a quiet anchor while you watch.

Buddy tables
Want an actual conversation? Come and sit at a Buddy Table. There will always be someone there ready to chat — no introductions needed, no awkward standing around.

Quiet tables
Need to sit somewhere without the expectation of talking? Quiet tables are clearly marked. Sit, decompress, watch the world. No one will bother you.

Outdoor space
Step outside for a breather whenever you need to. Fresh air and a moment to yourself, no questions asked.

Lunch quieter section
A curtained-off section within the restaurant area at lunchtime. Same hot buffet, same food, just a calmer corner if the main lunch space feels like a lot.

Subtitles / Live closed captions on speaker talks. Subtitles on video replays, and where possible symbols as well as text on signs.

You're allowed to move
You do not have to sit in the speaker zone the whole day. Move between zones as much as you need to. The full room layout will be in your pre-event information pack so you know exactly where everything is before you arrive. You are free to move around the room as you need. Need the loo? Just go. Want to stand? No problem. Need to wander about? OK. Want to sit on the floor rather than a chair? That's fine too. Want to scroll on your phone or doodle fidget whilst listening? Go for it. Provided it doesn't impact other Untangler delegates on the day (or cause a health and safety risk!) make yourself comfortable.

Before you arrive
We know that not knowing what to expect can be its own kind of exhausting. So here is everything we can give you in advance:

One group per ticket type. You will be added after booking to connect before the day.

Info pack
Closer to the day: full room layout and agenda with timings.

FAQs
-
When is it?
Saturday 10th October 2026, 9am -5pm.

-
Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?
Tickets are non-refundable. You are welcome to resell your ticket privately or transfer it to someone else at any time. Just let us know the name and email address of whoever is taking your place so we can update the booking. Email help@untangledbytingle.com.

-
What if I am unwell on the day?
Please do not come if you are unwell. We mean that kindly but firmly. We have Untanglers that may be immunocompromised, or more susceptible to illness. We want to ensure everyone has a great time and don't want to spread illness. Email us beforehand or WhatsApp us on the day (You'll already have our number) and we will offer you either a ticket for DeclutterCon 2027, or a free virtual place so you do not miss out on the day entirely. Please note: VIP ticket holders will already have had access to the bitesize challenge content before the event, so we are unable to extend the ticket for next year offer to VIP tickets where that content has already been accessed, but a virtual place will be allocated instead.

I am neurodivergent and not sure a full day event is manageable. Is this really for me?
I cannot tell you what is right for you, however being someone that finds events really hard, and ends up with days/weeks of event 'hangover' recovery time needed from most events, Ive tried to make it as accessible as possible. This event was designed with you in mind. The event hall is divided into zones so you can move between them freely all day. There is a quieter zone with noise-cancelling headphones and weighted blankets, overflow seating with a monitor so you can watch sessions at your own pace, buddy tables staffed by someone ready for a proper chat, quiet tables where nobody will approach you, a curtained quieter section at lunch, outdoor space for fresh air, and Untangler Helpers in red t-shirts all day. Move around as much as you need to. If you need to leave and have a VIP ticket, you'll be sent replays from the day so you can catch up with what you missed. You are also able to come and go from the event hotel as you please - just keep your lanyard for re-entry.

-
What is the difference between a Buddy Table and a Quiet table?
Buddy Tables are for connection. There will always be someone sitting there ready for a proper conversation — no introductions needed, just pull up a chair. Quiet tables are the opposite: clearly marked spaces where the understanding is that nobody talks to you. Both are valid. Both are there all day.

-
Who are the Untangler Helpers?
Our Untangler Helpers are volunteers in red t-shirts who will be around the space all day. They are there to support you, not manage you. Feeling anxious, lost, or just in need of a human? Find an Untangled helper wearing a red t-shirt or head to a Buddy Table.

-
How does the lanyard system work?
On arrival you will receive both a green and a red lanyard cord. Wear the green one when you are happy to be approached for a chat. Switch to the red one when you need space and do not want people to initiate conversation with you. You can swap between them as many times as you need to throughout the day — your needs might change from morning to afternoon and that is completely fine. The colour key is printed on the back of every delegate badge. Nobody will ask you to explain your choice.

-
Is there a code of conduct?
Yes. DeclutterCon is a shame-free space and we take that seriously, and we aim to make the space feel as safe as we are able to. Everyone at the event is expected to treat each other with respect, honour the lanyard system, and not offer unsolicited advice about anyone's home or habits. Photography of other delegates without their permission is not allowed. Anyone who is disrespectful, confrontational, aggressive, threatening, or harassing toward another person, or who attends under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that affects their behaviour, may be asked to leave at the organiser's discretion and will not be refunded. If something makes you feel unsafe on the day, please speak to an Untangler Helper in a red t-shirt straight away. You will be taken seriously.

-
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is the Radisson Blu Hotel on Pinstone Street, Sheffield. Before the day we will send you video guides showing how to get there from Sheffield train station, the bus stations, the nearest tram stop, and the car park. Please be aware that the area directly in front of the hotel is pedestrianised, so you cannot drive up to the entrance, however there is a taxi drop off at the side of the hotel. The official car park is Charles Street Q Park — a pre-book discount code will be sent to all ticket holders before the day. If you have any questions in the meantime, email help@untangledbytingle.com.

-
Do I need to pay the Sheffield Clean Air Zone charge?
Sheffield city centre has a chargeable Clean Air Zone. It mainly applies to older commercial vehicles, but it is worth checking your own vehicle before you travel. You will see CAZ signs as you approach the city. Check whether a charge applies to you at sheffield.gov.uk/clean-air-zone-sheffield.

Most people spend years feeling like their home is a shameful secret.
Like they are the only one who cannot seem to get on top of it.
Feeling that something is fundamentally wrong with them.

DeclutterCon is the day that changes that story!!
A room where shame and judgement has no place, where the talks are practical and real and leave you walking out feeling lighter than you have in years, and where the people around you are not just strangers - they are the community you have been looking for.

The venue has a hard cap, we cannot have more than 80 Untanglers in the room.
There is no waiting list. If you are thinking about it, now is the moment!
