Specialist neurodivergent decluttering and home organisation

This is not a generic tidy-up service.

I work with neurodivergent adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, and exhausted by their homes. People who cope well elsewhere in life but feel paralysed when it comes to clutter.

This is a strategy-led, hands-on decluttering service designed specifically for ADHD and Autistic brains.

  • can let items go, but they never quite leave the house

Donation bags sitting around for weeks, boxes living in the boot of your car, or items slowly creeping back into use are all very common here.

This is not laziness.
It is executive dysfunction and exit friction.

How I help

I am a specialist in ADHD and autistic decluttering, with lived experience as well as professional expertise.

I focus on:

  • reducing decision fatigue

  • working with your brain rather than against it

  • creating clear exit plans so items actually leave

  • setting up systems you can realistically maintain

No judgement. No rushing. No rigid rules.

Important to know

This service is ideal for overwhelmed procrastinators and people who feel stuck.

It is not suitable for clients with hoarding disorder, which requires specialist therapeutic support and is not suited to a time-limited, decision-heavy transformation process.

How sessions work

 

All in-home work is delivered as 5 hour strategy and active decluttering session.

  • One session usually focuses on one main area

  • Two sessions are used when more than one room is involved

  • Whole-home work is delivered as a structured multi-session project

I lead the strategy and support you step by step making the decisions so you are not carrying the cognitive load alone.

Within 60 minutes of Sheffield

  • 1 x 5 hour session: £450

  • 2 x 5 hour sessions: £795

  • Whole Home Reset
    5 x 5 hour sessions: £2,250

Over 60 minutes from Sheffield (within daily travel distance) ie South Yorkshire North Derbyshire, West Yorkshire.
Includes support from my assistant professional organiser to support me to get more done in the time we have.

  • 1 x 5 hour session: £550

  • 2 x 5 hour sessions: £895

  • Whole Home Reset
    5 x 5 hour sessions: £2,500

Over 60 minutes from Sheffield - Projects requiring an overnight stay
Includes support from my assistant professional organiser to support me to get more done in the time we have.
Accommodation agreed in advance, booked by me, and payable by the client (Premier Inn or similar)

  • 1 x 5 hour session: £650

  • 2 x 5 hour sessions: £995

  • Whole Home Reset
    5 x 5 hour sessions: £2,750

No sessions are booked until an initial consultation has gone ahead, as we need to check that I'm the right person for you and your home. This is free zoom call.  I usually book clients between 3 weeks and 3 months in advance, as I have a very busy diary, so do book your initial chat with me as soon as possible and to discuss my availablity.

Online consultations and other support

If you feel you'd benefit from a 1:1 session but in house support is out of budget Zoom 1:1 consultations may be suitable.

One hour video consult - £79

Priced in slots of 1 hour (max 2 hour session). For 1:1 Strategy or 'do it together' virtually. This is not appropriate if you struggle to get items out of your home as this is a virtual zoom only service.
