If you're wanting to get the best price for your house ready for sale and those all important estate agent photos you need our VIP Home staging package. We do some decluttering but focus mainly on staging your home and seeing things with a buyer's eye so that little changes can make a big difference for selling your home quickly and at the best price!  We view your home through impartial eyes to see the little changes that make a big difference.
We start the preparation for your house move prep with a one hour consult, so that I can view your home as a prospective buyer and how your home can be improved in preparation for the estate agent valuation and photographs.  I will then detail my suggestions in a report and this report will be emailed to you for you to keep, regardless of whether you decide to book another session.
If you decide to go ahead with your session, the ground work will already have been done so when I arrive we have clear aims on needs to be concentrated on, and what services my handman/woman will need to do.  Basic handyman labour services are included in my fee but this does not include material costs, these will be detailed in your report if applicable.
£35 for the initial 1 hour consultation, redeemable against a booked VIP Home staging and declutter session.  £185 for a 6 hour session. 
£350 for a 12 hour (over 2 days) session.
